THE University of South Wales travel to Cardiff University with a chance to move up to third against Cardiff University 4th this Wednesday.
An impressive win against then top Bristol University 4th two weeks ago, has made the Western 3B title race exciting, with Winchester University and Bristol University in contention.
This is the final away game of the season for the University of South Wales, having been knocked out of the BUCS Western Conference Cup.
When the sides met earlier in the season it was a narrow affair at the USW Sport Park, as Cardiff University edged it by just the four goals.
Over the last two seasons, USW have finished fourth in the Western 3B Division, with the aim to progress after being relegated back in the 2014/2015 season.
A 39-29 home victory at the USW Sport Park over the University of Bristol Women’s 4th will have given Gail Calford’s side the confidence to finish the season on a high.
