WELSH Warriors coach Wayne Ellaway, knows all about the impact of the Homeless World Cup on him and the other players involved.
Ellaway battled his own issues for many years, including drug abuse and homelessness. However, he used the power of football as a way of escaping his darkest moments and changing his life.
Wales will once again field both a men and women’s team in this year’s competition which gets underway in Mexico next month.
