USW Men’s 2nd are looking to replicate another outstanding performance following their recent 9-3 victory as they host Cardiff University Men’s 2nd at the Sport Park.
With USW sat in fourth place in the table, they will be keen to climb the table and will be confident of doing so against a Cardiff side sitting rock bottom of the Western 2B league.
Jumping back into league action following last week’s cup matches, USW’s Luke Davidson will be looking to carry on his fine form as he bagged himself two goals and a vital assist in the 9-3 thrashing against Gloucestershire.
Last week’s star substitute Abdi Noor will be another player looking to find the net as he was able to connect to a cross that saw USW extend their lead last week.
Wednesday’s meeting will certainly be an interesting affair that sees two sides desperate to grasp all three points.
With Cardiff yet to pick up a victory in the season so far, will this fixture be the game that they strike the jackpot and leave Treforest with a win or will USW imitate last week’s performance?
