USW Women’s Rugby 1st will be hoping for a return to form in their match against Bath University Women’s 1st at the Sport Park.
After falling to defeat last time out against Cardiff Metropolitan, losing 48-10, USW missed the chance to achieve a hat-trick of victories.
Bath, on the other hand, achieved their first win of the season in their previous match, defeating Bournemouth University by a resounding 40-0.
Both teams go into the match expecting a tough and challenging test, though USW go into the game as slight favourites based on their early season performances.
USW captain Keely Ward said her side were keen to bounce back this week.
“After the loss against Cardiff Met last week, everyone is eager and motivated to get on the pitch for the game against Bath. As a team we want to show that we are a very capable side, with a lot of potential.
“Hopefully we can put everything into practice and have a good game as a team.”
