A 78th minute penalty by replacement Georgia fly-half Luka Matkava floored Wales in humiliating style at the Principality Stadium.
Matkava cooly slotted a long range three-pointer to snatch a dramatic late victory the visitors totally deserved.
Despite two first half scores from Jac Morgan, a second half fightback from Los Lelo with Alexander Todua claiming their only try after a delightful cross-kick by starting No10 Tedo Abzhandadze.
Wales now head into their final autumn test with only one win from three games.
The visitors opened the scoring after two minutes following a penalty from Abzhandadze after second row Ben Carter was deemed to have not rolled away.
Morgan scored the first of his two tries from a lineout as he bundled over in the corner as he broke away from the rolling maul with Rhys Priestland adding the conversion.
This is an absolute low point for Wales. Without any attacking skill or intent. Georgia are limited in attack (please don't attack me) but they do what they do very very well. Wales are limited as well and aren't doing anything well at the moment.

Wales spent the majority of the second quarter with most of the possession and territory and the blindside flanker picked up his second score following a neat offload from Tomos Williams.
Scrum-half Williams thought he had a second assist a few moments later as his offload to Josh Adams stuck with the winger going 60 metres to score a brilliant individual try.
Sadly for the home crowd, referee Andrea Piardi and TMO Brendon Pickerill ruled the Williams offload to be forward.
But Wales led at the break 12-3 despite plenty of opportunities inside the Georgian 22.
That was truly shocking from Wales, but hats off to Georgia who have made history and were thoroughly deserved winners.

A kicking battle broke out at the start of the second half with both sides struggling to win the arm wrestle with supporters taking more interest in the Mexican wave compared to the on-field action.
Welsh winger Alex Cuthbert was shown a yellow card following a collision in the air as fullback Davit Niniashvili claimed a high ball.
Georgia took full advantage of the extra man with their first try of the afternoon came from a cross field kick by fly-half Abzhandadze for his winger Alexander Todua who crossed the whitewash.
The outside half added the extras to make it a two-point game heading into the final quarter.
Abzhandadze missed a chance to give his side the lead following a penalty drifting wide.
From Italy in March to today, lowest moments in Welsh Rugby for 20 years. The state of it all from top to bottom.

Backrower Morgan thought he had got a hattrick in the 74th minute following a chip kick from replacement Taulupe Faletau, although a knock on from the Cardiff number 8 meant the try didn’t stand.
The visitors took the lead with 3 minutes to go following a huge scrum effort with replacement Luka Matkava nailing the resulting penalty.
Wales had territory in the final few moments before a second Georgian push in the scrum sealed the game for the away side.
This is a big worry for Wayne Pivac as Wales play the same opposition in the opening match of next year’s World Cup in France.
Georgia finish the year with their second victory against Six Nations opposition after beating Italy in the summer.
Next up for Pivac’s side will be the visit of Australia in their final Autumn game of the year.
