Much has changed for Craig Bellamy since he retired in 2014, fittingly, wearing a Cardiff City shirt.
But he has remained with his home-town club in a coaching capacity and has carved out a successful career as a pundit.
On Sunday he turns out for the Welsh Premier League XI as they face Barry Town Legends in a testimonial for former Town favourite Gary Lloyd.
Bellamy is a busy man, but he made time for ExpoSport to tell Sports Journalism course leader Julie Kissick about the men who influenced him, how football is changing and what he hopes the future holds.
